Low Fat, Quick and Easy Eaton Mess
  1. Place a layer of the crumbled meringues on the bottom each glass
  2. Top with the fresh raspberries – leaving aside a few for decoration. Sprinkle over a pinch of sugar to take away the sharpness of the raspberries. Top with another layer of crumbled meringue
  3. Pour over the yoghurt. Sprinkle with a few more bits of meringue and a couple of raspberries for decoration.
  4. Serve straight away while the meringue is still crunchy
