Wholegrain mustard

Wholemeal pasta - cooked to pack instructions
1 medium
White onion - peeled and finely chopped
1 Splash
Olive oil
185 g tin
75 grams

1 tbsp
1 handful
Mature cheddar cheese - grated
Guilt-Free Tuna Pasta Bake
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180’C
  2. Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions in salty water
  3. Heat the milk in a saucepan on a medium heat until it is steaming. Make a paste out of the flour and a little water and stir into the milk. Continue to stir until it has thickened and then stir in the stock and the mustard until it is all well combined.
  4. In the meantime fry the onion in the oil until soft
  5. Once all elements are cooked, mix together all the ingredients into an oven proof dish until well combined. Season to taste and top with the grated cheese (I have left quantity down to your own taste). Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes until the topping is golden and crispy and serve with fresh salad and garlic bread (if you're not trying to be too good).
