Chunky bread slices - cubed
2 whole
Garlic clove - peeled and finely chopped
3 Dessert spoon
Olive oil
1 tsp
Mixed herbs
1 Twist
Salt and pepper

Balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp
Granulated sugar

Baby Gem Lettuce

Tomatoes - sliced
3 whole
Mini peppers - finely sliced

Carrot - peeled into strips
Crunchy Salad with Garlic Croutons and Sticky Balsamic glaze
  1. Heat oven to 180’c
  2. Chop the bread up into 1.5cm squares. Mix all the ingredients together in an oven proof dish, making sure the bread is well coated. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
  3. In the meantime bring the balsamic vinegar and sugar to boil in a pan. Reduce the heat and simmer until it has reduced by about 75%
  4. Serve either on its own or as a side dish, it accompanies most dishes and tastes fantastic!
