100 grams
Kale - de-stemmed and finely chopped
1/2 grams
1 tsp
Light soft brown sugar
Crispy Seaweed
  1. Heat a deep fat fryer, or if like me you don’t have one, fill a frying pan with oil and heat to a high temperature.
  2. Add the kale in batched and fry for about 30seconds each batch until crisp
  3. Remove the Kale and leave to dry on some kitchen roll
  4. Once cool toss into a bowl and mix with the sugar and the salt
