Garlic clove - peeled and finely chopped
1 pinch
Chilli flakes
1 tsp
Rosemary - finely chopped
1 tbsp
Fresh parsley - finely chopped
1 tbsp
White wine vinegar
2 tbsp
Olive oil
250 grams
Whole green olives
5 whole
Sundried tomatoes - finely chopped
Chilli, Garlic and Herb Marinated Olives
  1. Mix together all the ingredients and give it a good stir so well combined. Leave to marinate overnight and then give another good stir before serving.
